Event ID: 1046

The EventSentry agent received a configuration update, but an active ODBC connection is blocking the update. The agent cannot re-read the new configuration until the database connection is complete and all queued events are sent to the database. You can restart the EventSentry service to force an update, but some events might not be transferred to the database.
